Regardless of the number of items ordered you will only be charged a maximum of £37.50 for delivery. ie If you order 5 sets of taps and a radiator you will only be charged £12 for delivery. If you order 3 taps, 2 vanity units, a shower cabinet and a full bathroom suite you will only be charged £37.50 for delivery. See the table below for delivery charges. |

DELIVERY IS RESTRICTED TO GREAT BRITAIN ONLY
(Specifically,
Mainland England, Wales and Scotland.)
No
delivery is possible to areas outside these regions.
For
clarity, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, or
BFPO addresses, or to countries outside Great Britain.

How long does delivery take ? |
Every
product has its own Delivery Time - for most small
products, delivery is scheduled to occur within 5 - 7
working days from the date your order is received.
- Our
working days are Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm GMT,
excluding UK bank holidays.
- Although
we endeavour to deliver over 95% of orders within the
Delivery Times stated, these times are a guideline only,
and are not guaranteed.
It
should be noted that delivery may in some cases take
up to 28 Days. |

will I know when my goods will arrive ? |
We
will contact you by telephone or email with the scheduled delivery date within 24 hours of receiving your order (except at weekends). This allows you
to arrange to be present to receive your order at your
delivery address.
Note : Someone must be present at the delivery address
to sign for the delivery.
